Better Mental Health Through Nutrition and Wellness


This supportive group explores the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and mental well-being. Participants will learn how dietary choices, movement, and self-care practices can positively influence mood, energy levels, and overall mental health. This group offers evidence-based strategies, peer support, and practical tools to help individuals create sustainable wellness routines and improve emotional resilience. This group is led by Jennifer Green, a Licensed Mental Health therapist who has also worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade as a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and Yoga instructor.

Participants will explore all domains of wellness, with a special focus on the physical and emotional. Groups will be educational but also allow participants the opportunity to support each other in their journeys.

When: Mondays at 6 pm, for 6 weeks starting September 6

Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield. $40 per session
