Parenting an autistic child brings love, advocacy, and a lot to carry.

Holding It All is a therapy group for parents and caregivers of autistic children, led by Dr. Sarit Lesser, PsyD. Together we make space for the full range of what parenting brings, share experiences with others who understand, and explore practical ways to care for yourself while caring for your family. Join a warm, nonjudgmental group where you do not have to hold it all alone.

When: Every other Thursday from 5:00 to 6:15 pm, starting October 1.

Where: 154 Waterman St., Suite 3, Providence, RI

Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield accepted, or $80 per session.
